All linens, dishes, iron, hairdryer and coffee are included. The two beds are Queen Sized. A wraparound porch adds more outdoor living opportunities. Summary: The perfect cozy and relaxing home for our Valentine’s Day/Anniversary weekend. Beautiful warm home, close enough for walking everywhere. I especially liked the small reading room upstairs. Very welcoming host, and carefree experience. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Summary: The cottage is perfect and even more beautiful than I expected. Just lovely and we were able to find everything we needed. Stan is such a thoughtful host and he was easy to reach when we had a question. Make sure you take time to sit outside on the deck with a good book. Absolutely would return.

Summary: I lived in Eureka during the 90's and Rose Cottage was one of my favorite little homes. Tucked away yet in the heart of downtown. It's like staying in an Elfin treehouse. We'll be back.

Summary: The moment we pulled up to The Rose Cottage we knew we had arrived at a very special place! We felt like we were entering into a storybook cottage as we opened the front door! The inside did not disappoint. Beautiful decorations, superior, cleanliness, and breathtaking views! The Rose Cottage is the perfect quintessential adorable Eureka Springs, Arkansas Cottage!

Summary: Just a calm relaxing girl weekend. we each had our own bed and the setup was perfect! I would recommend this to anyone wanting to get away. Picture perfect inside and out. Loved it!!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at the Rose cottage! Beds were very comfortable and the space is very cozy. Our favorite spot was the back porch. We love being able to walk to all the amazing restaurants and shops so we never had to worry about parking downtown. Included everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely rent again if we’re back in the area.
