An ideal location for trout fishing, a perfect base for skiing the Mt Selwyn snowfields and exploring the Snowy Mountains region. Six generations of local knowledge will ensure your stay is welcoming and informed.
Rose Cottage has a fully self contained kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The main bedroom features a queen bed and the second bedroom has a double bunk and single bed. Air conditioning and gas heating as well as electric blankets, doonas and blankets are supplied.
Rose is surrounded by established gardens, kids' play area and communal undercover BBQ area for cooking and relaxing with friends or enjoy the privacy of your own verandah in the morning sun.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay, extremely quiet picturesque great spot to relax..... Accommodation is comfortable has everything you need and close to town if you wish to dine out or need groceries. Brett was a great host and we certainly recommend the cottages as a great place to stay, we look forward to a return visit!

Summary: Very happy with the stay, everything was as expected. We did think we were staying in the cabin on its own near the water but we were put in a different one. Just a miss communication. But nevertheless it was still a very pleasant stay. Thank you

Summary: Pretty location, clean, well appointed cottage with deck, great BBQ area and easy access to Tumut River for fishing. Only minutes from town. Great spot for a weekend or longer.
