Summary: Roaches. Hair in the tub. Window unit that kept shutting off and had hair caked around side of contr panel. Continental breakfast included no protein. Non-smoking room reeked of smoke. Not sure where the glowing reviews came from. Only reason I didn't give it 1 star was front desk staff was nice. And I've stayed in worse--straw mattress on the floor, hole in the floor for communal bathroom with wash bucket for toilet paper in 1971. Ah, the good old days

Summary: Super cute place to stay. We enjoyed the property and the location to the town center. It’s a very quaint town which was perfect for our travel. The property was very clean and the grounds well manicured. We stayed two nights, it was quiet even with what appeared to be a pretty full guest booking on the property. We would definitely stay again if needed for our travels.

Summary: This was my second stay at Rose House Inn but definitely will not be my last. The owner is so nice, communicative and helpful. The property is beautiful and like taking a step back in time. Already looking forward to my next stay here in the fall!

Summary: Location was great for our travel plans. Easy to find and get to. Our upstairs room was lovely, however the stairs were not ideal (we are in our 70’s ) for carrying luggage. Website said there was an elevator but we couldn't find it. We stayed in the main house which is also lovely. Property was lovely. Check-in was easy although there were no staff which is stated on the website. There was a sign posted in the kitchen about ‘due to staff shortages’….so we completely passed on breakfast which was poor…a basket of not desirable pre-pkgd bakery goods and bars. We headed out to local diner Charlies and had a Thigpen sandwich…it was excellent! We chose to go to Sams BBQ for our dinner. MUST go there! Smoked wing, brisket sandwich and smoke turnip greens were the best Ive ever had!!!!!!

Summary: I felt like i was home. The owner welcomed us when we first arrived and made us feel like family. Conveniently located in a nice neighborhood. I would definitely stay again.

Summary: Everything was comfortable and easy I do suggest staying in a first floor room if you have trouble climbing stairs.
