3 Bedroom Cottage in Central Mudgee, Mudgee

Since early 2017, Roselle Cottage has been a gorgeous home away from home for so many visitors. Situated only 1 block from Mudgee's Cafes, Restaurants and Lawson Park on the Cudgegong River, Roselle cottage has a location second to none. If you want to eat out for breakfast, lunch or dinner, leave the car in the driveway and take the 1 to 3 minute walk to the many choices Mudgee has to offer.
The 3 bedroom house has been fully renovated and tastefully furnished & decorated. The living room has reverse cycle air conditioning, large flat screen TV, DVD and fireplace for those cold winter nights, while the large fully equipped kitchen has a fridge/freezer, gas cooktop, dishwasher, oven & microwave.
Main bedroom has a King bed, reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fan, built in robe and ensuite access to the bathroom. There is a separate 2nd toilet.
The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms each have a double bed.
All 3 beds have dual control electric blankets for those cold winter nights, so each side of the bed can be individually temperature controlled.
Leading from the kitchen/dining area are french doors opening onto the rear timber deck with outdoor lounge setting and coffee table.
For your convenience there is a coded front door lock, so there is no need for keys. You will receive your unique temporary access code to use for the duration of your stay. This means late night arrivals are no problem, and no key issues.
So close to town & river, yet quiet, Roselle Cottage will have you feeling relaxed and wanting to stay longer in our beautiful town.
Please note: Standard prices are for 2 people sharing the main bed. If only 2 people are staying, any extra beds used will incur additional charges of $20 per bed to cover changing & laundering bed linen.

Summary: place was amazing. beds are really comfy to the point its hard to get up in the mornings. conflow gas hot water, great for a group of people having hot showers 1 after another. house is right on the edge of town, so its a nice 5 minute walk to half a dozen pubs and all the main shops you need. great location

Summary: Roselle Cottage was a lovely renovated home in the most convenient spot for walking to restaurants and shops. The back deck and yard were well maintained, lovely spot to just sit.

Summary: Pro's: This little house is in a great location very central to town. Very clean and tidy. Comfortable beds with electric blankets. Nice fireplace with wood provided. Good laundry facilities. Hosts had good communication and responded quickly to requests. Cute little garden in the back. Con's: The kitchen is very poorly stocked and has the bare minimum for cooking. No spices, condiments, paper towel or anything of the sort. Inconvenient if you need to cook and bring all these things for a few days stay. There is no wifi. A big smart tv that was difficult to use with no wifi. Overall a good stay though.

Summary: Location was perfect. Close to centre of town. Loved fire. Very cosy cottage. Beds comfortable. Second toilet convenient. No towel in second bedroom. All towels same colour. Better if have different coloured towels so we can distinguish. No tea towels and no hand wash in kitchen. Hand wash pump in laundry didn’t work. Soap dish in shower broken. Some mould around drain in shower.

Summary: We had a fabulous mother’s time out in Rozelle Cottage. The cottage was clean, very well appointed with clear instructions and all within a very easy walk to the town centre. We would definitely recommend this home and will book it ourselves when returning to Mudgee.

Summary: Wonderful property with fans and airconditioning: essential during mid-summer in Mudgee. Ideal location for Market Street eateries and swimming pool. Excellent layout, and loved the deck. Only disappointment was lack of wi-fi which wasn't evident at time of booking. Other than that can't recommend this property highly enough
