Positive: The proprietor was very personable and had a great sense of humor. He made sure that we had the exact room we wanted before we actually paid for our stay. Although adjacent to a major road, it was relatively quiet, probably because a winter storm was coming in. We like to get away from chain establishments when possible, and this was just a cool older place with history and some charm.
Negative: Our room was clean, warm and the bed was just right for us- I would say the only detractor was the toilet was right up on the sink. If you had mobility issues, you would not be able to use the room we chose.
Summary: No ghost encounters while we were there. ;)
