Positive: Very good room, comfy bed, table and chairs, cutlery etc provided (although I made sandwiches from the hamper and had it alfresco by the lighthouse, fantastic view) the breakfast hamper had loads of goodies, all you had to do was ask if you wanted more of anything. A good start for my 60th birthday holiday!
Negative: Squeaky doors!! Sometimes Wifi a bit dodgy but the weather might be to blame for that.

Positive: Wonderful stay. The place decor is really nice. The attention to details remarkable. I have very much appreciate the availability of conditioner, which seems to be a rarity in Scotland. Breakfast hamper was nice and even if cold breakfast very nice.

Negative: I didn’t expect the wall to and from the town centre ! And the room was v noisy we could hear everything from the room above !
Summary: A quirky and well thought out hotel which we enjoyed but overall to noisy and a little expensive .

Positive: This is an exceptional place to stay in Tobermory, clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable well appointed, with every possible needs of a guest considered. Many many thanks. Im giving this place 10/10, we loved our stay, if I had to say one thing that could make it even better, get the squeak on the bed fixed in room 5.

Positive: Beautiful accommodation. The decor is gorgeous. Lovely hampers in the room. I liked the honesty bar. Lovely shower. Perfect location and short walk from the harbour front.
Negative: Our room was a little small for us. Also walls are thin.

Positive: The room was beautiful, a good sized and comfortable bed. We liked the set up for breakfast it suited us well having a hamper in the room. Parking was a breeze and I'd say 90% time the digital locks were easy to use. Location is good and there's ample information available in the welcome sheet The shower was good and loved the toiletries.
Negative: We were in room 1 and it sounded like there were elephants staying in the room above, we could hear every step they took. When we got stuck outside we tried 3 different telephone numbers and got no reply, fortunately we did get in after waiting a few minutes and trying again with the code.
