Newly updated 3 bedroom, 3 bath lake view home in beautiful Rotonda West. Located next door to Long Marsh golf course on a quiet road with less than 30 homes. Watch the wildlife and golfers from the expansive lanai with a gorgeous new panoramic view pool cage surrounding the heated pool. Hit one of the 6 nearby golf courses; one just steps away- and we supply golf clubs! The panoramic view pool cage allows for unobstructed views of the small lake and beautiful sunsets, float your worries away on the supplied pool floats. You can also enjoy watching the game or your favorite show on the outdoor TV. The pool is heated at no charge to you with solar panels and an electric heater for year round comfort at 84 degrees. Beautiful plank tile floors in the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Newly tiled guest baths and new plush carpet in all the bedrooms. Master bedroom has a walk-in closet, large bathroom with his and her sinks, soaker tub, and stand up shower. The master bedroom suite also offers 2 sliding doors leading to the lanai and pool offering views of the lake as you sleep in on your well-deserved vacation! The private guest wing has its own door for privacy and both bedrooms have new queen beds, dressers, side tables, and double closets. Two bathrooms are in the guest wing; one dedicated to the poolside bedroom allowing easy access from the pool area. The other with tub/shower and its own stocked linen closet is easily accessible from the other guest bedroom. All the furnishings are brand new including power leather recliners, dining table for 6 (with a bench) breakfast bar with 4 leather stools, outdoor dining for 6, 2 loungers with beverage table, and stainless BBQ for grilling at sunset! All the beds offer new, very comfortable Tommy Bahama mattresses-ahhh!! Each bedroom has a fully stocked linen closet with bedding, bath accessories and beach towels. The bedrooms each have a ceiling fan as does the family room, the lanai, and the kitchen. Well-appointed kitchen with all stainless steel appliances including a new stove, microwave and refrigerator with through the door ice and water, dishwasher, microwave, disposal and small appliances such as a blender, toaster oven, crockpot, Instant Pot, 2 coffee makers, Juicer, lots of dishes, serving plates and more for all your dining needs. Brand new washer/dryer. 2 car garage. Nearby is tennis and pickleball courts, we supply tennis racquets! Also enjoy a bike ride on the many bike trails on the bicycles we supply.

Summary: We had an absolutely wonderful repeat stay at Dave & Diane’s beautiful home in Rotonda! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything our family needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, the beds were very comfortable, and the layout was perfect for both spending time together and giving everyone their own space.The highlight for us was the pool and lanai area—so peaceful and private, with a gorgeous view of the pond. We spent hours swimming, relaxing, boating, and enjoying the Florida sunshine. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and it was a great location for exploring local beaches, golf courses, and restaurants.The hosts were responsive, kind, and made everything so easy from booking to check-out. Summary: Definitely a 10 out of 10! We have just returned from a blissful, peaceful holiday. The home itself was wonderfully equipped, with everything supplied .Many an hour enjoyed sitting on the lanai, watching all the bird and animal life. As ex holiday home owners ourselves, we found that this home was of an exceptional standard. Even hurricane Helene didn't affect us much and the owners were in constant communication during this time, keeping us aware of what to do. Well done Diane and David.

Summary: We loved staying at this house. The owners are very responsive. We didn't have any issues, and the pictures show exactly what the house is like. There are a lot of amenities, including bikes, golf clubs, pool floats and noodles, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and coolers. The beaches are about 20 minutes away, but it is very easy to get to the beaches. Restaurants are about 20 minutes away, too, but there are some fast food chains closer. I would recommend this home to anyone. It was great!

Summary: We enjoyed our spring break stay at David & Diane’s. The home is conveniently located near our favorite local beaches, tennis courts, shops and restaurants. We had a great time visiting Gasparilla Island and spending time with family. The home is very clean and well-equipped. We are already looking forward to another visit.
