Situated within walking distance of public beach/lake access as well as local shops and restaurants, you'll have the best of Bear Lake within easy reach of your front door. Beaver Mountain Ski Area is only 13 miles away and you'll have plenty of scenic hikes, ATV trails, and waterfront recreation to choose from for warm-weather adventure. Summer-stay guests can also tee it up at the nearby Bear Lake Golf Course (3.9 mi.).
When you're not making the most of your prime location, you'll find the townhome well-suited for family comfort. The main living area welcomes casual downtime and movie nights, while the upstairs game room includes an air hockey table and another smart TV for added family fun. The covered patio makes a great spot for morning coffee or afternoon libations. The full kitchen is ready and equipped to handle all your home cooking needs. There is also a gas grill on the patio for those that enjoying grilling. The garage provides ample parking for 2 cars and houses kayaks for your enjoyment.
