Positive: The location was amazing, and the beaches were beautiful! New house is located near beach by the sea. The apartment had everything we needed and was really nice to stay at! I would say that currently this is the best option for staying in Saranda if you prefer comfort, style, privacy and yet proximity to the infrastructure and good price: 1. Brand new, modern, spacious apartment with an amazing view of the sea and the town from the balcony. A big balcony with furniture. 2. Very stylish and convenient decor and furniture - comfort in every detail. There is nothing to complain about, everything was just perfect about this apartment! The apartment are equipped and furnished perfectly! Fashionable, very fresh repair! Good Internet 3. The apartment was super clean. It is equipped with everything you would need for a living - washing machine, dishwashing machine, macrowave, cofe machine, fridge, sets of utensils, etc. 4. Perfect location in a new and prestigious area of Saranda, only 2 minutes away from a big supermarket and some nice restaurants just a few minutes away from the apartment. The panoramic view from the balcony is amazing .... 5. Absolutely amazing stuff - administrator Alisia, who took care of us and was there whenever we needed him at any time, and manager Tatiana, who was very hospitable and responsive to any questions or needs we had during our stay. Many thanks for your devotion and personal attitude that made our stay so unique!

Positive: Great hospitality made us feel welcome! Thank you very much! Everything GREAT! I wish I had booked my entire stay here! The staff was incredible! Top quality furnishings and fittings, lots of space & super well laid out, fantastic view from both bedrooms & living room, big smart TV, washing machine, well equipped kitchen, good location - close to beach, supermarket & restaurants. Spacious, nicely furnished rooms, very comfortable double beds and sofa bed. The apartment was clean, spacious and convenient for 4 people. Very close to the public beaches. There are plenty of grocery shops, bazars and restaurants nearby. The bustling night life was not disturbing at all. Absolutely everything was perfect. Sea view - SPACE! But everything aside, the staff was far better than I expected!!! Friendly, nice and, always there for everything you might need. The manager Alisa was very kind and heplful. We could keep the contact with her on Whatsapp or Viber. We spoke to her over the phone beforehand and she was waiting outside the apartments, near home for us when we arrived. She arranged taxis for our friends, from and to Budva ( Montenegro ) at the beginning and end of their stay. Nothing seemed too much trouble for her!!! If the place is a 10/10 (and I assure you it is) then the staff is 12. Highly recommended!

Positive: The excellent location of the apartments: the port - 5 minutes on foot, the supermarket - 1 minute, the sea and the beach - 3 minutes, the center of Saranda for walking - 5 minutes, a large number of cafes - everything is near! There is a beautiful view of the sea from every room. Pleased with the presence of 3-air conditioners. In each room there is an individual air conditioner. Pleased with the presence of a washing machine and microwave, new double beds and mattresses. Extremely warm hosts, amazing panorama, stylish, aesthetic furnishing, coziness as if you are in your own home! The apartments are equipped and furnished perfectly! Fashionable, very fresh repair. Large enclosed shower. Super Internet and SMART TV with YOUTUBE. Huge balcony with wooden wicker furniture. Evening panoramic view from the balcony is amazing!
Summary: Hosts was kind and helpful. We really enjoyed staying there. We highly recommend this option!

Positive: Alisia and Pavlo were amazing, especially Pavlo. He was making everything possible for us. Perfect location in a new and prestigious area of Saranda, only 2 minutes away from a big supermarket Spar and some nice restaurants just a few minutes away from the apartment. The panoramic view from the balcony is amazing ....The beach was very close and very clean. The appartment was big enough and comfortable.A very stylish and convenient decor and furniture - comfort in every detail. There is nothing to complain about, everything was just perfect about this apartment! We had a great time!
