Summary: Clean as a whistle and exactly what we expected! We are long time Grand Beach residents and wanted to be in the old section to be close to my mother. The house was exactly as described and super clean which is very important to me. The biggest asset is Gina who is a terrific manager for the property! She took care of every aspect of our stay (along with her husband Blake) and we had a great week over the 4th of July.

Summary: Property was well equipped. Inside was very clean. Would have liked the back/side patio to have been cleaned to enjoy. Used front porch only. Otherwise wonderful stay!!!

Summary: Our family of 7 really enjoyed the Royal Cottage for a long weekend. Everything is there for you including beach towels and beach chairs. House was immaculate and the beach was so close! Highly recommend!
