Summary: A few things were not working on arrival (AC, TV remote, light bulb), but the friendly staff fixed it when notified.

Summary: My stay was only for 6 days but it was absolutely amazing the staff are so friendly & helpful..nothing was a problem.. I would highly recommend the Royal Hill Satun to everyone..best hotel I've stayed in for a long time ..I've truly have not got anything to criticise..memorable 💙

Summary: Very nice hotel in a good location. Interesting build into the side of a hill, 3 different lifts to get to our room on level 4 was interesting. Needs some shade around the pool, but nice stay

Summary: This was just for one night to break up the long travel from Bangkok to Koh Lipe. Our room had a beautiful view of the sea and there were even monkeys in the trees between our room and the sea. The shower wasn’t much to speak of (rather Luke warm and a trickle of water), and breakfast was also basic, but the staff were friendly, the room spacious, and the hotel served its purpose well. Despite the shower I would stay again for the same purpose (1 night to split up the travel).

Summary: Nice ocean view and clean., you can walk to Mu Ko Phetra National Park nice breakfast but normal and not much you have to walk up the hill to your room. This property is not suitable for elderly/ bad knees/ or handicaps. Good service from staff Clean room and soft bed. shower only no bath
