Positive: Variety of pools - for swimming, for kids, for fun. Wide variety of food to choose from Decent quality of the room (though room itself rather small).
Negative: Mass-client focus - tons, and tons of people everywhere and food, facilities and staff approach to match. Facade of 'quality' and good service but scratch the surface and rudeness, simplicity and shallowness of quality service is clear. Shame really, given it is Crete after all.

Positive: the hotel was great clean and the food was great the view and scenery were amazing, for me there were two very special people Elly and David at the bar, we got great drinks and always a smile.
Negative: There aren't many sunbeds, and people would wake up at 5AM to reserve sunbeds.

Positive: The resort was beautiful, all the pools were nice, the staff were friendly, everything was clean, the rooms were comfortable, the kids were so happy! There is a supermarket close by and they have everything you need even souvenirs. We walked to the beach it’s like 12 minutes, the beach was also nice. We really had a great time!
Negative: The buffet food was average, some foods were good others were tasteless. But because there are so many options, you won’t stay hungry that’s for sure !

Positive: Very big well designed resort with endless options and activities. You can easily just spend the entire week at the hotel. Good food and plenty of options all inclusive. It was fully booked but never felt crowded. Great animation team and lots of fun stuff to do for kids of all ages. Many different pools with different bars and fabulous views of the sea. Also just a short walk down the hill to the main road with shops, go-carting and a bay with some nice small beaches and a partially paid beach club with various options.

Positive: The entire resort was great. Lots of amenities, great location, bus stop directly across the road, multiple pools, mini markets, stores etc. Several choices for dining. Multiple pools, lots of space for the entire family. Staff were incredible. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely return again. Staff were the highlight, super helpful and nice. As with any buffet, some items were a little hit and miss. Although, this also depends on personal taste. Having said that, there is so much choice and variety that this was not an issue at all.
