Summary: The staff are friendly and welcoming, the bed was comfy, the room had tea coffee available. Breakfast was good as there was a nice selection of food and drinks. The only downside is the walls are not soundproof. So any noisy guests talking or banging doors would be an inconvenience. The shower took a bit of tuning to get the temperature right. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Summary: You get what you pay for. This hotel is cheap as chips. The room was tiny, the bed was uncomfortable, it had the smallest shower I have ever seen. But, it was super cheap!

Summary: Welcoming and friendly staff. My room had a bad odour like blocked drains, however the room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Hotel is a little run down in places, but for a night or two it was fine.

Summary: Hotel staff are wonderful and it's only a 30 minute walk to the train station/NEC but do be warned if you are staying here it's basically impossible to get food ordered to the hotel due to the address being the same as another place 3 miles away, I had to try ordering 4 times for something to arrive and if you are planning on getting a dubble bed for you and a partner know it's just two fairly comfortable beds pushed together which leads to there being a big gap in the middle of the bed you can fall through, for a cheap hotel it's not bad but if you don't have a way of getting food other then ordering takeaway I recommend going somewhere else, if not this hotel is a good choice (with no view out the window)

Summary: Hotel was fine didn’t think paying for parking was fair very convenient for the place where we were going .the room was where in was a bit cold had to use the extra blanket that was provided

Summary: Good room, small bathroom. Leaky shower so had to use towel for floor. 1 out of 3 beds was good. The other 2 were awful. Definitely come again as location was perfect for us.

Summary: A good place to stay at for a night or 2. Standard rooms, I would say the rooms are quite small. The accommodation is placed on a main road so it can get quite noisy with hearing cars / vans go by. The walls are white thin as you can hear people exiting and entering their rooms. Decent location to the NEC. Friendly staff, would stay again.
