Positive: Property and house were well maintained. Beach adjacent, and cold AC.

Negative: Ants all over the kitchen even with no food out, after using bug spray I found 3 species. Gate has a motor but its broken and has a nest in it. Not fun to walk through mud to open and close the gate in pouring rain.

Positive: Host met us onsite, and gave us the keys for the unit. Very friendly host. Very great communication. Very quiet and peaceful. Loved the peacefulness of the location, not too far from town. Kitchen and water were available for our use. Screened windows, doors, and back sitting area.

Negative: Layout was a little different. We didn't ever even sit in the front room. (Living room). Owner had to leave too many personal belongings in the unit. Not much space in the refrigerator. TV never worked the whole time we were there.

Summary: Very peaceful quiet location making sleeping with the windows open was a treat!

Positive: Liked it a lot. Located at the end of a quiet road with a canal running along side and in back. Well kept grounds and interior. Great air conditioners and fans. Kitchen had everything one would need and then some. Drinking water provided. Secure parking. There is only 2 rental units so very little human traffic. Nice trees and great little private pool. Kind and helpful host/owner.

Negative: There is nothing that we didn’t like.

Positive: Very comfortable and relaxing environment. It was nice to roam around with some coffee and look at the sunrise. It was Home away from home! The fact we had a kitchen to prepare a meal or two was the icing on the cake.

Negative: There wasn't anything to not like.
