Positive: The house was modern and very comfortable for both our families; plenty of room for all. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and lounge room, house was toasty and warm. The underfloor heating in the bathrooms was a huge plus for us! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Perfect location to Whakapapa ski fields.
Negative: Nothing in particular, but a spa/hot tub would have been nice.
Summary: Cosy, comfortable, home away from home.

Positive: The perfect holiday house. Was warm and spacious for multiple families. The kitchen was well stocked and the house had everything we needed to enjoy our days up at Whakapapa. Loved the drying racks in the laundry and my kids thought having a TV in their room was incredible.

Positive: Nice location. House is spacious. Good amenities. Owners are friendly and helpful. House is cosy and warm. Has a gas fireplace and heaters throughout. Gas boiler for instant hot water. If the water turns cold, let it run for some time.
Negative: 1 mattresses was very soft, not much support. The rest of the beds were fine. If you're a smoker, this property is not for you. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, yard included. Check-in is 4pm or later.
