Positive: Very nice rooms, each with his own bathroom (outside the room but in the same corridor). It’s very useful to travel in Armenia because it’s out from Yerevan but not that far from the airport. The breakfast was very good and it has a good kitchen you can use! Thanks very much!

Positive: Our breakfast was superbly made by the owner of the guest house, lots of fresh fruit, made on the spot omelette, wonderful cheeses, marmalade and turkish coffee. We couldn't have asked for anything better

Negative: Absolutely nothing. The structure is still slightly in need to be finished ( mirror in the bathroom and the courtyard) but this didn't influence in any way our stay .

Summary: The owners of this guest house went out of their way to make us feel totally welcomed.

Positive: Nice place for overnight but a bit located outside the downtown (restaurants, supermarket). There is not bathroom in the room. Please be aware of this. Bathroom is located in the corridor.
