Positive: We loved that you could walk outside onto the patio and be steps away from the pool. This was very convenient as my mother who stayed with us is elderly and has trouble walking far distances. So we were glad she could spend her days at the pool with us. The rooms were spacious and everything was top notch. The very minor problems we had the hosts responded to us so quick and help us.
Negative: The only problem we had this stay was the guests above us. They stomped around like giants from 4am to 11pm . We woke up everyday to them rearranging furniture. But again nothing to do with our room itself.
Summary: Will book this room next year!

Positive: The location is great, the unit has plenty of space, and it’s mostly quiet. The pool is very nice, there are bbq grills, tennis courts, a clubhouse, and a bocce ball pit. The unit provides beach chairs, an umbrella, and 2 beach towels. There is a full kitchen.
Negative: The unit needs to be updated. Although the furniture looks good in photos, the couch is worn and scratchy, the bed sags, the light bulbs were a mishmash of too bright and too dim, the screen doors are in disrepair, and there were only two spoons and three wine glasses.
Summary: Disappointing for the price…needs to be updated.

Positive: The location, the pool, the free trolley. The facility was nice
Negative: Shower door did not open and close. Second bathroom stool had broken seat ,knob off on pantry door.
Summary: We had a really nice time. I plan to return in the future and would stay at Runaway Bay Condos
