Negative: -plastic plates makes microwave use impossible. Kitchen and toilets of lower quality than the rest of the house. Boring neighborhood.

Positive: It was nice to be able to gather with other people and relax together. The area is safe and close to a shopping mall.

Negative: real reservation accommodatuon is different from the Booking.com because there is another person making a reservation, and communication between Booking.com and the on-site accommodation manager is a bit difficult.
