Summary: Tv didn’t work no microwave in room no cable tv electrical outlets and lights didn’t work tablets were scratched up and old bathroom fixtures very old the bed was very good I paid for a deluxe room but I got a motel type room needs to upgrade the rooms I had to go all the way to the bar to use a microwave it sucks it a modern world I stayed there two years ago.

Summary: The restaurant and bar was very good, lots of options and the quality of the food is great. The continental breakfast is also very good. I expected much more from the King Suite that I booked. The bed was not very comfortable, the pillows were terribly soft and needed to be replaced, the linens were stained, and it was very loud. There is a door in the secondary room that is locked but isn't flush to the frame, it defeated the AC by letting all the air escape. There was a lot of noise from the music playing, the cleaning staff in the morning, and the traffic/activity coming from the street at all times. The parking was hit and miss, if you didn't get back to the hotel early then you may have been left to park on an adjacent street. The internet stopped working the third day I was there. The employee that checked me in was very nice but the rest of the front desk staff just stared in the most unwelcoming way. I would not stay here again. The rate that I paid was well above what it should have been and I will not be staying here again.
