Forget your worries in this light filled, spacious and serene space. This split-bedroom ranch w/ view-out lower-level (LL) offers a quiet setting while still being close to downtown Ann Arbor, I-94, US-23, and M-14. DTW is 35-40 minutes away. This house is within a mile to two popular wedding venues at Frutig Farms - The Valley and Misty Farm. A third popular venue, Zingerman’s Cornman Farms is within ten miles (10-15 mins.). The top area equestrian trails and facilities are also within minutes. Both traditional and disc golf are nearby too. Polo Fields golf course is a mile away, and there are a few close spots to hop on the B2B trail, in case hiking, blading or biking is your thing. Please come enjoy your area visit on this nearly one-acre parcel, lovingly referred to as “the Green Acre.” The home boasts 4,100 sq. ft. of living space. It has four bedrooms, two living areas, a den, two kitchens, and four bathrooms. It offers you enjoyment of its fireplace, gym, sauna, and patio with pergola and fire pit. There is a private driveway for parking, and you may easily work from home. Good internet service and printer are provided.
The main level has an ensuite bedroom with a king bed, another bedroom with a full-size bed, twin-size bed, and crib, rollaway bed or neither. The third main-level bedroom has a queen bed. The fourth bedroom in the LL also has a queen bed. There are two rollaway single beds available when requested.
The main level has two and half baths, the main kitchen, a kitchen dining area, a den, laundry room, dining room and great room.

Summary: Spacious clean home worked out fantastic. Used for family of the groom for our sons wedding. Plenty of room to spread out, and our pups were welcomed. We’ll appointed, great outdoor space. Close to downtown Ann Arbor. Hosts very responsive. No issues with anything in the home.

Summary: Me and my family stayed in this house for 3 weeks and it was just perfect. The house is very comfortable, spacious and cozy at the same time. It’s actually two houses in one! Downstairs there’s a whole new home fully equipped, plus a game room, gym, sauna... The view upstairs is so peaceful, facing towards some farms and a green field, with lots of birds as soon as the weather permits. We were there in a cold March and it was always cozy and warm inside. From the windows we could see an ever changing scenario with the snow coming and going from the fields and the nice outdoor patio. The kitchen is more than well equipped with everything you could think of. The garage makes it very easy to get in and out on snow days (it’s not very easy to find properties with a garage in the city and that's a very important item to consider). The snow removal was always up to date. By the way, the hosts are very professional and very friendly at the same time. Any issues we would have with the house, or any advice we would ask for, John and Jeannine were prompt to answer and solve anything we might be in need of. The location is very quiet, a small family neighborhood. And we found the house spotless, prepared with care for our arrival. It was a delight to be there!
