Mas Rovira is one of the first farmhouses that were built in the area, when the Roman settlement of Villauba was abandoned, only 1.5 kilometers from the house and a few meters from the Roman road. At the moment it conserves two constructions, one of S. XII and the second, of S. XVI. After a long restoration process completed in 2005, the most important, has been conditioned in 6 comfortable apartments, fully equipped, of different capacity, between 2 and 5 people. The other is where the owners live.
Mas Rovira has an enviable situation, a protected natural spot, in the mountain of Puig-Surís, where guests can enjoy fantastic views of the whole region of El Pla de l'Estany, l'Empordà and even all the Gironès: the views of the Badia de Roses or the Montgrí massif with the Medes Islands in the background are unparalleled. At the same time, although it is an area where tranquility abounds, we need only 5 minutes to get to Banyolas Lake and its town. In addition to the undeniable beauty of the lake, you can make many trips from the house to know the whole province of Girona.
With modern style, but with elements of rustic look that remind us of its origins, all apartments have a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, TV, DVD, latex mattresses in all rooms, central heating , most air conditioning and WI FI free internet connection.
Having no dining room and large kitchen, we do not rent the house to groups.

Summary: La casa rural es muy bonita. Está localizada en un entorno muy tranquilo a sólo 5 minutos de la ciudad. Además está localizada en un sitio que permite las visitas tanto al interior (Besalú, Garrocha...) como a la costa (Cadaqués, ...) en menos de una hora. El apartamento dentro de la casa está muy bien. Apartamento muy amplio y con salida directa al exterior (jardín). Aunque el apartamento tiene todas las comodidades posibles echo a faltar un horno y un congelador. Los propietarios muy amables, interesándose por el buen estar en la casa rural y la estancia en general. En general una experiencia muy positiva.

Summary: Pasamos alli las primeras mini vacaciones con nuestro bebe de 3 meses y estuvimos de lujo. Muy tranquilo, el trato con el propietario excelente. La recomendamos mucho.

Summary: Hemos pasado 5 dias en el apartamento Montgri. Han sido unos dias fantasticos, la zona donde esta ubicada la casa es muy bonita y tranquila. El apartamento muy espacioso , por ponerle un pero, que no tenga terraza ( si tiene balcon) aunque nosotros aprovechamos una de las terrazas comunitarias para comer. Y a 5 minutos de Banyoles y su fantastico lago, donde disfrutar de muchas actividades con la familia. El entorno la verdad es precioso. El dueño fue muy amable y cercano .En definitiva un lugar totalmente recomendable.

Summary: Hemos estado pasando 5 dias en esta masia y ha sido una experiencia buenisima, tranquilidad absoluta una piscina magnifica casi para nosotros solos y un porche precioso en el que desayunar o tomar algo , nos hemos alojado en el apartamento la albera y la verdad que hemos estado muy agusto, para repetir. Los propietarios Montse y Alfonso viven al lado y estan en todo momento para charlar y echar una mano en lo que haga falta, muchas gracias por todo. Javi y Ana.

Summary: and come back one day for sure! We were received very well from the owner who gave us valuable advice on where to go and where to eat. Most we liked the location, just 2 minutes from the lake and with admirable views. We were lucky to catch some days with very warm weather, so we were able to use the pool and enjoy the views and the tranquility. Our boys, aged 7 and 9 loved it and would as well love to come back! Thank you!

Summary: Hem estat un parell de dies a Mas Rovira i ens hem trobat com a casa. La Montse i l'Alfons ens han fet sentir com a casa, el tracte immillorable, proper i familiar. També hem pogut gaudir de la pau de l'entorn que envolta la casa, com de poder sortir i apropar-nos a Banyoles que es troba a 5 minuts en cotxe i passejar per als seus carrers. Quan puguem tornarem, ja que hem quedat encantats!

Summary: Hemos estado mi pareja y yo del 7 al 11 de este mes y nos ha encantado. Solemos viajar de esta forma y es una de las mejores casas en las que nos hemos alojado.
