Semi open plan family, dining and lounge areas with lots of room to spread out around a central, fully equipped kitchen, located on 1.5 acres with free parking for multiple vehicles, boats or whatever. The home has a large dining table plus overflow table, barbecue and microwave to complement the gas cook-top and electric fan forced oven. Air conditioning , ceiling fans, smoke detectors are fitted to all rooms plus a CO detector in the kitchen. The main bedroom has an en-suite and a walk in robe. The main bathroom also has a bathtub, a separate shower and a separate toilet. The laundry has a large washing machine and cloths dryer. The real living area is the back verandah.

Summary: We visited Darwin with our Adult children, and this house was perfect as all rooms had a double bed. (perfect for tall boys). The house is well stocked and comfy. Great quiet location, large block with all amenities. Host even leaves basics in the house for use. My only request would be for check in prior to 4pm as we arrived the same day as we were to be ready to go out for a birthday celebration which left us only an hour for 5 of us to get ready. We were lucky to have friends live in Darwin so we could hang at their place for 4 hours waiting to check in. Pin code on Door lock is very convenient. Overall, very good house and facilities.

Summary: Rod's house is perfect for our group, 2nd time we have stayed there when we visit Hidden Valley to race motorcycles Will be trying to book the same house next year as well Highly recommended

Summary: The house is in a great location and always felt safe and relaxed while being able to easily travel into town or down the highway. While some might consider it lacks the finer and fancy things, the price was very good for what we got plus accommodated all six of us well with space and comfort and really more than we needed. Rod the owner was excellent in communication, knowledge and a welcoming spirit. One aircon didn't work and some minor laundry issues but all were raised with owner and attended to promptly. Will gladly stay here again. Thanks Rod!

Summary: We were racing bikes at Hidden Valley Raceway & this home was in a great location & very comfortable for a team of 6. Pleasantly surprised by how well stocked everything from the fridge to the pantry to the bathrooms….there was even a new toothbrush for anyone who forgot theirs Rod helped us with a couple of extras & was readily available 😀

Summary: The perfect house and location for a family reunion with adult children and Darwin relatives. It was a great space with huge yard to handle the lockdown restrictions. Lots of wildlife around to keep us entertained ( gecko, frog, bandicoots, native bees, curlews). Highly recommend it and Rod was a champion host very approachable and understanding given the circumstances.
