It is private, rustic and very clean, has 5 huge bedrooms upstairs with private entrances and 1 of the rooms can be opened up into 3 rooms! This diamond in the ruff is near Tri-State Airport, Ashland, Grayson, Yatesville & Grayson Lake.

Summary: This rustic farmhouse is the real deal. Beautiful home With so much character and you can just feel the history throughout. Our family really enjoyed it. The host was wonderful too and was great on communication. We will be back In the future.

Summary: Absolutely loved this place so beautiful in every aspect big front yard it was really clean plenty of stuff you needed it has a nice pond with some good size fish in it just really went for a getaway im so glad i picked this place had such a good time and the owner was really nice

Summary: We wanted to visit rush off-road and we found this beautiful rustic farmhouse to stay at for the two days. What a wonderful place, I definitely got the 1800’s feel when I first walked in. It was clean, the antiques were awesome, also had plenty of sleeping for the whole family and not to mention the 124 acres with a pond. We were able to fish, ride, have campfires and just relax on the porch swings and enjoy the scenery. We overall had an amazing time. We will definitely book this property again next time we go to Kentucky!! Thank you Kaycee for sharing your beautiful rustic farmhouse with my family..

Summary: We didn’t get to stay very long but, for the time we was there, it was amazing, beautiful, and quite, absolutely enjoyed and definitely will be back.

Summary: There were 6 adults that stayed here for the weekend to attend a concert in Ashland. The pictures are accurate. I wasnt familiar with the area but this worked out for us. We were mainly there to sleep. The beds were extremely comfortable. Better than any hotel by far. The wifi is free. We all used it because we had no cell service. Kaycee was available for any questions all weekend. There was a minor issue with the wall heaters, but plug in units fixed that. The hot water didnt work in the shower. Cold showers got us moving quickly, which was good with 6 of us. Those issues were resolved. We would all stay again. Thanks Kaycee!

Summary: The house was amazing! The history on the walls and just the original feeling of an old farm house was great! Kids had a blast. Adults had a blast! Property owner very responsive to any questions! No phone service when you get there just the WiFi in the house which was so great as it let everyone decompress and relax the whole weekend!

Summary: It’s a beautiful property and house and an affordable rate. We went down for a family reunion and extended weekend for family time. It’s easy to get to from Louisa and Grayson. No complaints here.

Summary: This property has a rich history and we wish the walls could have talked. If you would like to get a feel of what life was like in the coal mining hay-days of Kentucky, then this place is for you. Very rustic, yet modern, this house was so cool to stay at. Easy drive to Lousia, for supplies and real close to Yatesville lake. We will definitely stay here again.
