Located Dry Creek Basin, Colorado. Centrally located between Telluride, Cortez, Montrose, & Moab. The outdoor activities are endless. Hiking, fishing, biking, swimming, camp fires and so much more!
*All renters must understand that this Cabin has
-no running water (non-potable water will be supplied)
-no indoor bathroom (has outhouse)
-has outdoor camp shower
-no refrigerator, large ice chest available (bring your own ice)
-electricity is powered by generator (we supply generator and generator fuel)
-Hunting big game and small game animals is not permitted on the property
-dogs are welcome! please restrain them from chasing local livestock or wildlife.

Summary: Our annual trip to Colorado seems to get better every year. The cabin is just what we were going for. Away from the city and close to the mountains. Always clean and accommodating.

Summary: When on a weekend away with my fiancé and friends. The reservoir was low but the lake near by was a short drive away! It was a rainy weekend but it was so relaxing and beautiful! Property owner was so nice and we would definitely come back! I highly recommend!

Summary: My husband and I had a wonderful time at the cabin. It was a private place to connect with nature and each other. We knew that we could always reach out if we needed anything but overall enjoy that we’re left alone. Far enough away from the city but not to far that if you want something to eat or town life was not that far away. Enjoyed fishing catfish in the pond and the amazing views. Due to the drought gnats we’re at an all time high so definitely bring repellent. The gnats did not diminish the experience. The cabin had lot of the supplies you need to prepare food which was nice when we forgot a few things. We definitely recommend taking state hwy 141 for amazing Mountain views. The cabin is about a 20 minute drive to Miramounte Reservoir which had nice water to swim and more wonderful views. Overall this was a wonderful weekend getaway that we will definitely come back to in the future.

Summary: A stunningly beautiful property! We (two adults and two dogs) spent five nights here over the Memorial holiday and highly recommend it to everyone who loves beautiful scenery, space to roam with your dogs, star-studded night skies, and long peaceful days. The owners were very friendly and helpful in answering our questions and making sure we were comfortable. They graciously accommodated our request for an early check-in. The cabin is accurately described. It was immaculately clean when we arrived. The outhouse and grill were also sparkling. The owners have a new generator which we found very easy to use although neither of us had ever started a generator before. We ran it in the evening while we played cards and didn't find it noisy at all - just a background hum. Wonderful experience and look forward to returning.

Summary: I can't thank Trace and his family enough for sharing this magical piece of property with us all. If you need an escape from civilization-this is the perfect place for you. No cell service, no internet, just the sounds of nature surrounding you. Couldn't have asked for a better spot for me and my mutts and will definitely be coming back!

Summary: Trace and his wife are the sweetest people first off. We had an easy time finding their house and getting out to the cabin. We absolutely love the cabin. If your looking for secluded fishing cabin this is it. It was just as he said and then some. Small things we forgot or didn't grab were already in the cabin for us to use and it helped everything ran smoothly. Plus if we needed anything Trace was there to help in any way. The land is vast and beautiful, we loved sitting watching the ducks on the lake. We also took walks around the land taking in nature and checking in on the cows. Spent a couple days fishing and just sitting by a fire enjoying the air. If you only need a beautiful location, good company, and fishing poles then this is the place for you. We will be coming back again for sure!

Summary: We all had plenty of things to do. The men in our family fished, our teen girls played on the paddle board and my daughter and I just chilled by the cabin. No cooking for us! We just brought some Papa Murphy Pizzas and cooked them in the oven. Trace and Brandi was great. Told us about the property and When our Verizon phones didn’t work up there Brandi let me use her AT&T phone to get a hold of My kids.
