Summary: This is a beautiful cabin at a great quiet spot on the lake. The dock is a quick walk down the stairs to your own personal lake front view. The dock area is big enough and deep enough for a 20ft deep V fishing boat to dock. The cabin itself has a lot of great views and nice amenities. It is well stocked and the property owner is extremely helpful. It is a great location for those looking for good access to water with a unique cabin to stay in.

Summary: We had a great experience staying here! It was clear the place is well cared for. It was very clean and comfortable for all 6 of us including a grandparent and 3 kids under 7. The location is great for hunkering down at the cabin or taking short drives for the mountain bike trails and beach at Tioga. Grand Rapids has a great little downtown and we enjoyed Rapids Brewery and Wildflower Books for an afternoon in town. We also did berry picking at Lavalier's which was a fantastic little spot. We rented a pontoon at Your Boat Club. One tip is that we rented after they had closed for the day so our morning rental was not ready when they opened. Plan ahead or make sure you can get through to someone at that location before arriving to confirm your time. The stairs to the water are a bit precarious to trips down to the water were infrequent with the little. The waterfront is beautiful for sitting on the dock or floating but not a super easy wade-in beach expecially for littles.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The second bathroom in the lower level was the laundry room, with a shower and toilet. There was not a vanity with sink in that room. It was kinda weird brushing teeth in a laundry tub. A mirror over the laundry tub would have been useful. This was not a deal breaker, just unusual. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equiped.

Summary: This family cabin is set up for a great stay. Set on a hill on Pokegama lake. House has everything you need and is a beautiful modern log cabin. Only thing to keep in mind are the 55 stairs down to the lake. Made it tough to bring things down there

Summary: Absolutely amazing stay! This log cabin on Pokegama Lake in Grand Rapids, MN, exceeded all our expectations. The cozy loft style space was perfect for our getaway and the two bathrooms made our stay even more comfortable. The breathtaking views and cozy interiors made it feel like a true getaway. The private dock was a highlight for us, perfect for swimming and fishing. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby hiking and biking trails. Unwinding on the spacious deck with the stunning lake views was pure bliss. The only minor downside was the number of steps to the dock, but it was a small price to pay for such an incredible experience. Highly recommend booking this cabin for a perfect lakeside retreat
