Summary: The location is perfect for a quick getaway. Situated right on the Cane River, it offers excellent opportunities for fishing, cooking out, or simply spending time with family and friends. We would definitely book a stay here again and recommend it to our loved ones. It also serves as an ideal base for visiting the Christmas Festival.

Summary: House right on river. Closer in master bedroom moreOf a storage closet than a clothes closet but usable. The dishwasher was not secured and had to hold it in when loading or unloading dishes. Need to leave a set of directions on how to use the tv. Rather cumbersome. Overall great house with great host. We certainly would stay again.

Summary: Photos inside are accurate. Home was fully stocked with supplies needed for our stay. House is set back on the property. If you are not familiar with the area you might have a difficult time finding it at night. Loved the 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, perfect for elderly travelers. Host very, very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: The location was fantastic and the river was beautiful! The house was very quiet and comfortable and we greatly enjoyed the outdoor space. My only complaint was it could have been clearer, I understand it’s Louisiana and we were beside the water so bugs are a given.

Summary: We love this place! We go every year! It is so calm and and serene. It's awesome to have the boat ramp. We love the fact that it's fenced in...our dog has the best time running and playing in the yard. Wonderful place!
