Summary: We had to find a place to stay that was pet friendly for a short weekend. We weren’t going to spend much time there as we were in the area for a family members birthday party. We loved the cabin. It was very clean and had cute decor. We loved hanging out by the fire pit the most. The only thing negative that I could say

Summary: Our family enjoyed our stay in this little cabin. It is a genuine log cabin and accordingly rustic, without many amenities, but it was clean and comfortable. The location was very nice for visiting Ohiopyle State Park and Falling Water, the reason for our trip. The coffee shop on the premises was a nice plus. A couple of things were not in proper working order, but we left a note and trust they will be fixed for the next guests. This is one of several cabins in the same complex, with a small swimming pool in front. If choosing a cabin from this host, make sure you select one large enough for your needs, as some are very small. The cabin we were in, 6, had one bedroom with a double bed and two twin beds, plus a sleeper sofa in the living area. Linens were provided. The pool is 4' deep throughout, so no shallow end for small children. These cabins are not tucked away in the deep woods; they are on US 40, so there is noise from passing cars and trucks, and there are other private properties adjacent. Dishes, utensils, and cookware are not provided in the cabin (although we did find some skillets stored in the oven).
