Summary: We stayed in a 8 person bunk room. It was surprisingly quiet and comfortable. The price is excellent for Rusutsu and the shuttle bus to the resort was always on time.

Summary: Shuttle to and from Rusutsu Resort is quite handy and we would recommend booking early for the 8am ☺️

Summary: Excellent value for the money. The owner is very customer service friendly. Great place if you are skiing nearby - the food is fantastic. They will help you if you need anything!

Summary: Friendly and reliable staff, dining was very good. We did not like the smell in the toilets, lack of ventilation in the room.

Summary: The hotel is located next the expressway within a BBQ restaurant with free self parking. We stayed at the only room with ensuite bathroom on level 1 which is convenient. The restaurant food is nice and reasonable priced. Coffee and drinking water is provided at the common lounge area. The room is clean and comes with a standalone aircon unit. Great hotel for short stay.

Summary: The room itself is comfortable and the shower/toilets are clean, but the yakiniku smell definitely gets into the room and the noise from the restaurant as well. Once the restaurant is closed it's fine. OK for one night but I probably wouldn't stay again.

Summary: The dorm room I was in was very packed, lacking good ventilation and reasonable storage for suitcase or even racks to hang jackets - people just hang towels and stuff at the windows or anywhere you can hang something. Only space I found for my suitcase was the hallway. Yakiniku restaurant smoke and smell permeated everywhere, even when it is just one or two customers, again very inadequate ventilation.
