Positive: Everything was in the room, great coffee machine, coffee, forks, spoons, glasses, microwave (no plates and not kettle tho, but was still amazing). Big room, hot hot shower. Cute town, near by 711 and few izakayas.
Summary: We are aiming to come back in winter!

Positive: The staff was amazing! They are always there to answer any questions which we had a ton. Daily shuttle to and from the resort. Couldn’t have asked for anything better! Can’t wait till next season!

Positive: Lots of room and a large fridge and microwave for food.
Negative: The shuttle bus left too early and late in the day. It was too early as you arrived prior to lift opening and it left after the main lifts closed which made it a long day on the ski field.
Summary: Lovely room and lovely staff who were very helpful and nice.

Positive: Very clean and freshly renovated, rooms are spacious and beds are firm. We had a great dinner nearby, opposite the 7-11 so overall it was a pleasure to stay for a night.
Negative: No coffee! Option of buying a packet of pods but I didn't need that many. And proper breakfast bowls would have been helpful.

Positive: Extremely friendly and helpful owner. Hubert put guest satisfaction above all else. The room was very comfortable and clean, had every amenity we needed and we were asked on what else we needed to make the stay better, this location is a 10/10 for traveling to the area for snowboarding/skiing or sight seeing!

Positive: Fantastic location, 10 minutes drive from rusutsu. We drove and there was an allocated parking spot for us. Owners Winnie & Hubert were fantastic and very friendly and accommodating. The place is freshly renovated and everything is in tip top condition and super clean. Rooms have basically everything you could need or ask for. There's a coin laundry as well as a drying room for your gear. We stayed in the twin room which is on the ground floor and it was plenty big. Absolutely fantastic value.
Negative: Everything was great, nothing to complain about. If I had to nitpick, footsteps upstairs can sometimes be heard audibly at night.
Summary: Fantastic value and reasonably sized, clean rooms with plentiful amenities and great location.
