Summary: Staff were fine. Room needed a good clean, there were stains on the duvet. The shower/bath was very dirty, it was possible to wipe dirt off the fittings and it the bathroom smelt.We did advise reception on the first day, but they could not move us and no further cleaning was carried out. AND THIS WAS A DELUXE ROM. WE

Summary: The room was just tired, the bathroom was small the toilet paper in the dispenser was about 80% used, their were women's' hairs in the bed and the bathroom, not great. The vanity tap had a water saving needle jet that wet me every time I rinsed my hands, the bathroom was pokey, the television old and not great. The hotel is very tired and in my view not a Rydges, more like an Ibis

Summary: The room was very spacious and clean. A bit dated. The hotel its self was big. Which i think didn't help. It didn't feel comfortable or friendly. The reception staf were definitely not friendly. And it felt lacking in character or furniture.

Summary: The only aspect of our stay that was terrible was the bed in room 212. It was very soft and bouncy therefore neither of us had a good sleep and suggest it needs replacing. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was awesome. Huge selection.
