Positive: Staying at this ryokan was absolutely the best part of our journey. The staff picked us up from the bus stop when we arrived in Kurokawa and dropped us off on our departure day, such a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the whole stay. The food was outstanding, fresh, beautifully presented, and deeply flavorful. The atmosphere was serene and authentic, and the whole experience left us with the warmest memories. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Kurokawa!

Positive: The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. Staff helped us unload and load luggage and had it ready in our room. The room had all the amenities you need and had yukatas for our whole family. Glad to have booked the room with a private onsen as it was accessible at any time, highly recommended. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. They even prepared a separate kid's meal for my daughter. There were some shops to explore in the area, and it was extremely easy to get back on the road from this ryokan.
