Positive: The room is clean and tidy, and the location is great—within walking distance to various attractions. The kitchen is well-equipped with sufficient cooking utensils and facilities. It is perfect to have one more toilet. Overall, it's a decent stay with a great location, but a few improvements in privacy and bathroom facilities would make it perfect.
Negative: The window blinds are secure and block out all light when closed, but there's no curtain, so opening them compromises privacy. Opening the window is not really an option either, due to the lack of curtains. The bathroom is very small, and the shower enclosure feels fragile—like the glass could break easily. Additionally, there's some water leakage from the shower area.

Positive: Very spacious and comfortable appartment. It has all the necessary ammenities such as dishwasher, two ACs, Dolce Gusto machine, hair dryer, umbrelas, a lot of cups, glassess and dishes (all brand new). The appartment is located in a very charming and quiet neighborhood with excellent restaurants and cafes near by. The whole building as well as the appartment is remarcably clean and everything is new. There is an elevator. The communication with Eric was great, he was very helpful and always available.
Negative: We loved everything. The only little detail that could be fixed are the shower doors. They do not close properly so you will end up with water on bathroom floor. This is still the best booking appartment we ever had.

Positive: Excellent property, all pretty new, very well equipped, easy and independent check-in and check-out. Close to a minimarket for groceries and to one of my favourite cafes (Copenhagen Coffee Lab). Really enjoy the property and would stay again. A couple of bus options are available really close (1/2mins) to the property, to move around if preferred to walking.
Negative: It could benefit from some nets for privacy during the day, as on a first floor it is a bit exposed to the road. Also maybe some instructions on how to use equipment e.g. dryer function in washing machine; and add an ironing board. But all minor stuff.
Summary: Very nice property, newly renovated and well equipped.
