It is a three story house, rebuilt in 1982 over a XVIII century cottage, with two fireplaces and a large veranda, just at the main square of the village and only 20 meters off the beach.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay in Sao Pedro! The village is charming, and has a lovely walking path along the ocean that we thoroughly enjoyed. The house is spacious, the and kitchen is well equipped. The upstairs shower head cannot be attached so must be handheld. The owner tried to repair it during our stay, but was unable to do so. He plans to do the repairs when the house is empty and more plumbing can be accomplished. Otherwise, our needs were met quite nicely.

Summary: We had a terrific stay at Casa do Mar! Felipe responded quickly to our rental request, and Tereze, who was the direct contact when we arrived, clearly explained how to use everything in the home. The location couldn’t be better! We sat on the balcony, watched the waves roll in, and people watched. There’s a restaurant next door, Restaurante Ponto do Enconto, with very good food and the BEST fresh squeezed orange juice. A short walk up the road are several more restaurants, our favorite being Restaurante Central. The home was immaculate and included all the amenities one needs in the kitchen.. The only thing that was a small problem was the 3rd floor shower’s handheld would not stay in the holder, requiring the user to hold it with one hand while shampooing hair. Problem solved by showering in the 1st floor bathroom. This is easily fixed, and I’m sure it will be. We hope to stay here again!

Summary: We had a wonderful time in São Pedro de Moel in Felipe's house. Teresa and her friends welcomed us and showed us around cheerfully. Most of the time we spent on the balcony looking at the waves and the sunset. Thank you!

Summary: The beach house was incredibly cozy and wonderfully located right on the beach! The crashing waves lulled us to sleep each night. The beds were so comfortable that I plan to find the same linens and pillows when I return home. The balcony and windows allowed for stunning views of the beach. The wide stairwell created an open atmosphere while delineating different spaces for individual retreat and relaxation. The clothes washer and dryer were welcome partners to a windy day in the middle of our trip. Filipe, Tereza, and Ana were all very helpful and friendly upon check-in and check-out. Overall, we wish we could live there year-round! We'll be back! Thank you!

Summary: We stayed at Casa do Mar for 10 days and had a lovely time. The house is traditionally Portuguese with 3 bedrooms, a large dining room, living room and balcony - with a great view over the sea and village square. The beach is located right opposite the house and there are plenty of little restaurants nearby. The only thing that would have been nice to have at the house would have been a travel cot for our baby, but other than that we had a perfect stay.
