Welcome to Sí Paradise! Wake up to an amazing beach-front sunrise. It has the Potomac River in front and behind, it's practically on a peninsula!
Enjoy the day playing in the sand, kayaking, fishing or crabbing, then relax around a cozy fire and star filled sky that always amazes. Only 90 minutes from Washington, D.C and Fredericksburg, VA!
The house sits on almost half of an acre and has access to water in the front and rear of the property and is perfect a couple's getaway or family vacation. Light House Road is a very charming neighborhood and home of the historical Piney Point Lighthouse. Many people take advantage of the road to walk, jog, bike ride, and greet neighbors. The cottage is a 1,320 sqft and has 3bed/2bath. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room with a large screen tv and Amazon Fire TV Stick.
The kitchen has plenty of room with a full size refrigerator, microwave, oven, hood vent, air fryer, wine opener, and all the plates and utensils you'll need. Use of the oven in summer can make the inside warmer. If you prefer, there's a PitBoss 8-in-1 smoker/grill that you can use to smoke, bake, sear, grill, roast, etc...
The first bedroom has a queen size bed and a private full bath. It also has a clothing and linen closet.
Down the hall there's a shared full bath. The second bedroom is is just past the bathroom on the right and has 2 bunk beds and sleeps 4 total, and also has a closet.
The third bedroom has a lot of space with a king size bed and closet. It's large enough to fit another air mattress to sleep an additional 1-2 people.
The screened in porch is a great way to escape the sun and play games and relax while still being outside.

Summary: Great peaceful location with lots of amenities that made it perfect for a long weekend with two families and little kids. The beach is quite rocky and there are jellyfish in the water, so we weren’t able to spend much time out there. But otherwise great trip with a very responsive owner

Summary: My family and I came here for the second half of our vacation after time in NYC. This was the perfect way to end our trip. Everything was exactly as stated. Our five children all loved every minute. So many options. And so relaxing for myself and my husband. Thank you Dania for a lovely place to stay. Summary: Our stay @ Si Paradise was excellent! Great communication from the hosts & so many amenities to keep you busy throughout your stay. It’s an adorable beach house with water access on 2 sides. Special features were 2 fire pits, a back deck with hot tub & front beach with pier. We had family members from 10 to 80 years old & all enjoyed the experience.

Summary: Our family (3 adults, 3 kids, 1 dog) had an awesome stay at Si Paradise. Location was beautiful and quiet. The house had every beach toy and comfort you can ask for. Plenty to do on or off the water and lots of spaces to relax for a long weekend. Would absolutely recommend and will probably come back again!

Summary: We had stayed at this property twice before this new owner bought the property because we loved the house and the boardwalk on the water. The improvements are fantastic! Beautifully decorated, extremely clean, with everything you'll need for a nice stay. In addition, there's now a lovely deck with a hot tub in the back of the house, as well as a loading area for kayaks, canoes and a paddle boat. A small basketball court and a soccer field complement the yard. It's truly a private family resort. Dania was very quick to respond to a question I had while at the property. I strongly recommend Si Paradise and can't wait to return.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at this house. She’s ranged from 9 to 70+ and everyone enjoyed themselves. View from front and back is lovely. So many special touches that made this home a joy to stay in. Would highly recommend for a nice getaway.

Summary: Oh my, we had so much fun! The toddler learned so much - water safety, trampoline safety, fire safety. One of the adults is temporarily on crutches so the golf cart was very useful and as a photographer he was very content sitting on the respective docks and just taking pictures. The neighborhood was very quiet and for a long weekend we neither saw nor heard a loud, fast vehicle. And the tour of the Piney Point museum and light house was a pleasant plus.
