Positive: Amazing big rooms, cleanliness, the nicest staff, and the entertainment manager Rashai was just amazing. You also don’t have to fight for seats by the pool.
Negative: I think nearly 8k USD for 11 nights is a lot when there are not enough activities/ areas to relax around the resort. There is only one pool that had a lot of flies in it. Also if it rains, there is no proper lounge apart from the reception area. There is only 1 restaurant open during the day time and one bar (that serves bar snacks) which feels limited when you are spending so much.

Positive: I liked the stuff who were very nice. The generosity and the food was good especially in the sea food restaurant.could be more diverse in the buffet.
Negative: That the room did not have a view to the sea and no balcony at all(the mini suites) so it was not kitten enough and it was hard to dry up the clothes.

Positive: Food was very good and fresh! Our room was perfectly fine. The staff friendliness and service Top! Many people contributed to our pleasures stay The chef Maurice! very accommodating and personally involved in great service and delicious food . Marlon asst Mgr contributed to making arrangement for a big birthday cake last minute. Very kind gentleman ! very much on top of guests attention and services.
Negative: Housekeeping performance was deficient! Had to call daily to get service unbelievable!!!! This was a downer and frustrating experience.
