Positive: The location was perfect for our plans as its near Cala Sinzias beach. Private residential area, family friendly, safe neighbourhood and quiet (you can hear music from the beach club opposite but thats only when you are outside) We like the practicality of the space and would be sufficient for a family of 4. Close drive to other beaches (10mins - 20mins) and F&B options within the vicinity as recommended by the host, plus easy to explore other communes like Costa Rei and Villasimius.
Negative: Nothing we didn't like! But as the exact location is not on the map yet, its important to follow the directions / video sent by the host and you'll arrive there promptly. We also had a smaller car, it was easier to manoeuvre into the front gate parking.
Summary: Close to the beach and nice beach bars.

Positive: Sa Perla Marina is a little gem down south of Sardegna (Sardinia) very near Costa Rei, in my opinion a perfect place for a family of 4 to spend a relaxing family holiday. The beach just a 5mins short walk, white sand blue sea, amazing. Wish that I'd had a longer stay here instead just for 4 night. Loved the garden and variety of trees in the garden (🍋, olive, pomegranate - but please ask for permission if you want to eat them). There are a Barbecue unit outside the garden, bicycles free to use if you want to. We had an amazing times with our two little ones here. We will definitely come back for more next time.
Negative: Nothing really, if I have to pick something, maybe the owner can consider upgrading the hot water system to bigger supply as on couple occasion when I was the last person to shower, the water starts getting cold. Other than that, the house, the location, the surroundings, all brilliant.
