In the middle of a large estate near Santa Maria with a magnificent view of the Tramuntana mountains and surrounded by almond and orange trees, the former manor house with various parts of the building is located in a large and lovingly landscaped garden. In the stately main building, only the upper floor is available, which is accessible via an external staircase and of course its own separate entrance. Here you will find four of the 8 sleeping places with two separate bedrooms, a complete kitchen, large living area and a bathroom. The living room is equipped with German satellite TV and is open to a spacious dining area, which is decorated with typical country house details. The other four beds are located in two separate extensions, which are separate from the main house. In both areas, which are kept open, there are two sleeping places, a bathroom, living area with its own satellite TV and dining table and a kitchenette. All three areas - the main building and the two extensions - have air conditioning units. The various areas are only rented to a group of guests, not separately. Basic price for 4 people - then only the large area in the main house is available, both apartments are closed. There is another apartment for 5-6 guests and both extensions are available for 7-8 guests. All areas also have their own terrace areas. The mobile outdoor grill is also located in this idyllic setting. Internet via WiFi is available free of charge in all areas and even at the pool.
At the very large, elevated pool (6 x 12 meters) there are enough loungers and parasols available.
As a special offer for bike tourists, there is a small bike workshop for personal use and safe storage of the bikes.
There are further parts of the building on the property, which are managed by the owner's family and are partly inhabited by the family in summer. There are also cats on the property. The mountains of the Tramuntana, Palma and numerous beaches are quickly accessible, ideal starting point for exploring the entire island. Summary: We stayed as a group of 5 in September and loved it so much. We had ample living space and room to cook and host. We especially loved watching the sunset while eating dinner up in the tower. The pool area was clean and well maintained and the temperature was refreshingly cool. The cats that roamed the property were very sweet. There was space to park our hire car too. We were so impressed with the beauty of this property- we would absolutely stay here again.

Summary: The main house and the flat outside which we occupied were both spacious and comfortable. The cactus gardens were absolutely beautifully maintained and the e swimming pool is huge. The water was very cold however so we didn’t use it much. The games area was great for the kids. The owner was very kind and helpful overall. The farm is located just outside Santa Maria del Camí and we loved our visit to the winery Macia Batle which is walking distance. The town also has a lovely market on Sundays.it is close to the train tracks, but we were not bothered by any noise from the trains. We had a few issues during our stay, which were promptly sorted out. There is room for adding some basics like a large bottle of water upon arrival and cleaning spray for the kitchen, but overall we had a very comfortable stay.

Summary: A great spot to get a taste of manor life in this rural setting. Well located to explore the island. Host family is giving this ancestral place new life as an alternative to urban stays, with the possibility for group stays in various units. Nice pool and mature, well kept cactus garden. Good stay

Summary: Very nice location, beautiful house giving a lot of privacy. Lots of space, ideal to have relaxing vacation. Great pool. Very kind and supportive Landlords - flexible and sympathetic. Very nice garden diverse and impressive (lots of cactus!).

Summary: The owner works tirelessly to keep this large property in fantastic condition. The grounds are a real credit to the work put in and it was massively appreciated by all 8 of us. Just outside Santa Maria and just a 10 min drive from the nearest big supermarket and outlet mall, yet you feel completely out in the countryside. The nearby railway doesn’t detract from what feels like splendid isolation. All in all a really great holiday, thank you very much.

Summary: We had such a lovely stay here..a real get away from it all. It's a great base to explore the island by car or take the direct train to the centre of Palma. Loved the natural swimming pool with the house martins swooping above and the beautiful cacti garden. The main property has a tower with a 360 o view and a welcoming breeze. There's a pig farm nearby which can be heard. Can recommend restaurant 19 in the village for the decor and Asian inspired food followed by the jazz cat bar around the corner. Hope to return one day!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. The house is a typical Majorcan property so was lovely to stay in somewhere authentic. We loved sitting in the tower for breakfast, evening drinks or just to enjoy the breeze during the day. The pool was fabulous and the owners regularly cleaned it. This is a lovely isolated property so very guiet although it is close to a train line and pig farm but this did not spoil the wonderful holiday we had.

Summary: This is a lovely place for a group of up to eight to stay. A splendid characterful casa with equally pleasing apartments. Set in superbly kept gardens with a great pool in the middle of Olive groves and Orange trees. Lots of space with wonderful views from the central tower, perfect for a sundowner G and T Great attention service from owners. Highly recommended.
