Positive: The staff are amazing!! Very accommodating, helpful and super friendly. The location is breathtaking and the food and vibe are extraordinary. The daily tarpon feeding is lots of fun too.

Negative: The two step ladders to get into and out of the water are slick and covered in sharp barnacle. I got cut up pretty bad.

Negative: Staff are horrible to deal with Bartenders in the bar upstairs are disrespectful and on top of that the pricing is ridiculous

Positive: Units and facilities are awesome Stayed here a couple of times!

Negative: When checking in, the wait is insanely long even though we booked a couple days in advance. The pricing is also very steep at the restaurant and even after booking multiple units during our 3 weeks there, we never received any better deals for returning customers
