Positive: Did not participate in breakfast because it was charged for.

Negative: Refrigerator in the room icemaker did not work. The toilet in the room leaked. The shower handle malfunctioned and had to be manipulated to turn it on and off. Had to call the front desk and housekeeping three times in the span of six hours to get the bedding changed and a new set of towels.

Summary: Saddlebrook is a golf club with rooms. Tagging resort onto the end of it does not make it a "resort"

Positive: I liked the pictures on the website.

Negative: The fact that it was under renovation didn't stay that on the website. They charge for everything. That valet parking is $30 a day, I think it's too much when we had to walk to the front desk to check out because the front desk wasn't answer calls for pick up. Pillows sucked to flat. Shower heads need to be clean. Registration wasn't easy to find. Registration staff is unfriendly. I understand renovation, but this place had way too much going on. Place definitely needs to be renovated. Looks run down. Pictures look great but not what I thought I was booking.
