Summary: Safari Island was paradise for us, with easy access to the reef for snorkelling. Facilities were well spread out. With more than 100 guests, the resort experience felt very private. The food was exceptional and 'half board' (full international buffet breakfast and dinner) was enough for us, with our own fruit and snacks. The chefs at the buffet stations were affable and friendly. The range and quality of food is excellent. The tables had linen tablecloths and napkins and attentive wait staff in a relaxed atmosphere. When required, management were responsive and personable. They kindly accommodated our request for a change of room location. The overwater bungalows are a great design, with much privacy and sound insulation. The glass bottom coffee table gave exceptional visibility to fish swimming underneath. The turn-down service and beach towel replacement in the afternoons was a lovely touch, as was the special honeymoon greeting. Absolutely heavenly.

Summary: We were a group of 14 pax. 10 of us are all Scuba Divers. We stayed from from a different dive resort for 3 days just to dive and our 3 days here at Safari Island to relax. When the first time we saw this paradise island from our boat, We were like, "WOW! We wished we just stay here all the way for 6 days straight" that was just the first glimpse of the resort. When we experienced the resort, We really wanted to extend our vacation but it can't be done because of our businesses back home. I would highly recommend this resort. Very clean, Fine sand, Great food, Fabulous Island Experience with Great marine life. (We saw a lot of Black Tip Sharks and Sting Rays by just walking by the shore and at night, 4 huge Nurse Sharks and 5 Huge Marble Rays.. Crazy isn't?)
