Positive: The property was clean and well organised and had everything we needed. We stayed there because a family member was having an operation at Blacktown hospital and we wanted to be nearby. What was exceptional about our stay was that the host helped us when we checked out early having been told our family member was being discharged and then couldn't get back in when our family member was suddenly told they had to stay longer in hospital. This was at considerable inconvenience to the host, late at night, and we were really impressed by their kindness to us.
Negative: There's nothing the host could do about this, but if you are old and infirm (like me!), it's not that easy to climb the first flight of stairs from the underground carpark because there is no hand rail. There are hand rails higher up. The apartment is on the second storey. I did manage it though.
Summary: This property had everything we needed for our stay and the host is a really good person.

Positive: Location was good if you have a car but distance to train station is not 10 minutes walk
Negative: Had to walk through the stairs to 2nd floor , stairs had bad smell. 2nd floor was not properly marked with room number. Car space was not clean as leaves & dirt were on the floor at the end of car spot. Also had difficult to park car due to the size & location of car spot

Negative: It was not properly cleaned; hair in shower, kitchen amenities and dishes somewhat dirty. Several things were broken; carport door, balcony screen door, shower door did not close.

Positive: Even though the building's exterior looked old, everything inside was clean and of good quality. The room temperature was easily managed with the A/C, and the bed and bathroom were super clean. The host was tremendously kind. We forget to pack one of our items inside the place, the host brought it back to us with no problem. Thanks again!
Negative: Hair ryer in the bathroom would be good. And some teabags near kettles would be much nice.
