This lovely bright and light beach home offers everything you will need for an incredible getaway in Rockport! With plushly furnished bedrooms, deluxe bathrooms, and upper and lower covered decks, this home will be sure to exceed your expectations. This home offers amazing community amenities such as access to a private beach, a fishing pier, and a shared swimming pool.
When you enter this home, you will notice the open concept as the living room, breakfast room, and kitchen are all open and flow from one to the other. There is also a half bath for your convenience. The living room features a smart TV, a sofa bed, coffee and end tables, and lamps. The kitchen is nicely appointed with granite countertops and all modern appliances for you to make your favorite family meals. The stainless steel appliances include a large gas stove with a full-size oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. Make that first cup of morning coffee with the coffee maker, then make your way out onto the deck to enjoy the nice breeze and fresh air from the beach. There are two decks, one upper and one lower for your family to spread out and relax while enjoying the views.
After spending a day at the beach or out on the town, make your way back to the large, shared sparkling pool for a refreshing swim. Then return to your beach retreat and get ready to explore the local eateries for a nice dinner. The home also features a desk and office chair for you to look up local attractions on your laptop or do some remote work.

Summary: We stayed in the house with 5 adults, a toddler, an infant, and a small dog and all fit perfectly. The water being just a walk away was nice, even though the hurricane that came through right before our stay closed the private pier for part of our stay.

Summary: I would highly recommend this property. Not only is it a few house from the pool but the walk to the pier is short and beautiful as you walk thru amd pass the other houses and their lovely flowers and porches. House fully equipped with everything younneed and more

Summary: The house is in a great location, we LOVED the boardwalk to the private pier and beach. Beds were comfy and house had all the amenities we needed. Our only con is that you need to have a deep clean conducted. The house is pet friendly and there was what looked to be pee on the master bedroom curtain and living room carpet is stained. I totally appreciate the fact the house is pet friendly but extra cleaning needs to take place because of this.

Summary: Beautiful home, very relaxing definitely will book again, if you’re looking for a relaxing time and a good time. It was just my wife, my son and myself the house was perfect and the area beautiful. The walk to the pier is very relaxing and calm. Restaurants and stores about a 5 to 10 min drive, this makes it a peaceful location.

Summary: The property itself was great. The location was very easy to find and we loved the pier/pool. We were very frustrated when we went to use the grill and as we were cooking the propane ran out. Vacasa was prompt to respond when we inquired about the propane tank - they did not cover that. So we ended up paying for more propane and had to leave the propane tank for the future tenants. In the booking it said “grill to use” but left out the fact we had to provide propane - never had this issue before.

Summary: Great condo! We loved the pet friendly condo with lovely furnishings! The home was very upscale and very clean! The bed downstairs is a little hard but the upstairs beds were much softer, so everyone in your party can pick what they prefer! This is a great place to stay!
