Positive: The accommodation was exactly what we were looking for. It was really clean and comfortable and easy to access and use. The facilities were all that we needed and in beautiful condition. Its location was also brilliant as we could so easily walk into Oneroa and around the immediate area. Quick access to the ferry terminal too. Very reasonably priced as well for the area.
Summary: Sailor"s Cottage was the perfect place for us to stay.

Positive: Location close to township of Oneroa. Good facilities inside the cottage. Nice and quiet
Negative: Could have done with a bit better clean. Clumps of hair were found outside the bathroom door. Came back after a day out and saw 2 cockroaches walking along the wall
Summary: Overall a good sized cottage style house with within a 5-6 minutes walk to Oneroa.

Positive: Cute cottage, tucked away on a rear section of Matai Street. Very quiet. Clean and fresh feeling. Had everything you needed. Including a Nespresso machine! Comfortable bed. Nice big bathroom. And the contact with the hosts was easy, quick and througher and happy to please. The cheese board I requested on arrival was a great touch, nice birthday surprise for my hubby and made a tasty evening snack when we didn't feel like going out on the first night.
Negative: Picky... But worth mentioning for other travellers: couch wasn't the most comfortable. No dishwasher. Kitchen could only handle one person in it at a time. No bin for recycling items.
Summary: Cute cottage suitable for a couple for a few nights stay.

Positive: Very quiet residential area. Privacy fence around the deck. Nice big windows and sliding glass doors let in great light. Nice big bathroom with a big shower. Bus stops a block or two away. Easy 10 minute walk to the beach or town.
Negative: Need some bug screens on the windows and doors so they can be left open in the evening.
Summary: Really enjoyed our short 3 day stay at the Sailers Cottage on Waiheke Island.
