Negative: Really difficult communication. Wasn't sent check in email with instructions for how to access the room and it took about 30 mins to organise with the owner. I had emailed multiple times about late check ins and other requests and these were not confirmed until the day after calling the owner. The shower head would not sit in the holder and the shower was one reason we chose this place so was disappointed with that.

Positive: The hosts provided a bottle of wine and snacks which was very thoughtful. The unit was very well fitted out with kitchen utensils, lots of magazines, very clean and tidy. It was a lovely apartment and the hosts have put a lot of thought into making it feel homely.
Negative: The parking was horrendous. There was a very large 4 wheel drive parked next to our allocated parking spot which is next to a concrete wall. You need to reverse into the parking spot. It is very tight and awkward. If I didn't have my husband there to park the car, I would not have been able to reverse into such a small tight spot. We were also very confused about where the key was located to pick up. There were lots of instructions but they weren't very clear. Some photos of what the lock box looks like and where it is located would be helpful.
Summary: The room was lovely and the added wine and snacks were a wonderful touch. Parking was aweful.
