Positive: Loved the room, the staff and the overall experience. The bathroom was amazing and we had a view. We did room service twice and the staff was excellent.
Negative: Room Service- Although the sandwich was good, a club sandwich, fruits, orange juice (x2) and two pepsi should not have been $171 not including top. I understand room service is expensive but that was insane. If we never called to check our heat, we would be freezing to death. We had to go out and buy extra blankets because I also had a baby with me that was freezing. They eventually came to fix it the night before we checked out. I think it would be great to have some form of microwave or water heater in the room because I dont think we should have to get room service for a cup f hot water to make tea. Not everyone wants coffee.
Summary: Overall, I would come back and do another staycation.
