The White Seagull is a top floor Master Studio. Designed and built with love, the details of this studio are like no other because your space is not limited to a one-room suite. There are 3 levels for you to enjoy: The Master Studio, the upper private Sky Lounge that is only accessible through your space and the lower courtyard that is shared with my residence.
This Master Studio is a one-room suite tastefully furnished with a gorgeous hand-carved Mahogany King bed, treasured heirloom antiques, with a comfortable living room area will make you feel like royalty. The one-room suite is divided by sliding french doors separating the bedroom/living area from the kitchenette and bathroom. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to create a special meal or a lunch for the beach.
The private Sky Lounge has views that are simply stunning day or night. Savor your favorite drink or frosty tropical beverage while gazing far beyond the shores. At night, stargaze or view the sparkling lights of St. Thomas - how romantic!
The common area, located on the lower level courtyard is the pool to float your cares away in the refreshing waters while taking in the ocean views. There you'll also find a BBQ grill for preparing a delicious meal to start your evening activities.
Located only 1.2 miles from the town of Cruz Bay and about 5 minutes to the North Shore beaches. St. John is known for the 4-wheel drive Jeeps. We drive on the LEFT and fun driving up and down roads, around curves at slow speeds of 20 to 30 miles per hour. Getting to your villa is easy with paved roads and private off-street parking access on flat terrain. Parking is located beside the ornate double wooden doors to the courtyard gracing the entrance to your suite.
I have provided for you: Beach towels, beach Chairs, cooler, float noodles, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

For travel by taxi, taxi's are ready at the ferry dock to take you up the hill to your Villa. Travel by taxi is easy once on the island, no need to rent a car. Telephone numbers of taxi drivers are posted in your studio. Beautiful beaches are easy to access and within minutes from your Villa.

Summary: This property and host are amazing. We had the best time at this wonderful property and highly recommend for it just for two. The pool is perfect and so clean and refreshing, the views from the sky lounge are incredible, shooting stars every night and so many islands and the most beautiful sunsets, unobstructed views of bays and many islands. The location is outstanding, less than 2 miles to Cruz Bay. We hit a new beach everyday for a week. The Villa had everything we needed, the furniture is unique and beautiful. The Villa is very spacious. We used the cooler, beach towels, beach chairs and the sheet provided to help keep sand out of our car. The trade winds keep this unit cool, and are very pleasant. Jackie our host is a very classy lady. She thought of everything to help make this trip special and we are so lucky to have the chance to meet her learn a little about her and this magical place.

Summary: Everything about this place was great. The view, the pool, the host, etc. You'll definitely want a car to stay here but you're just a short drive to everything. The host was amazing, giving the perfect balance of attentiveness and privacy. The place was fantastic. We had great trade winds keeping us just cool enough every night that we never even thought about turning on the AC. We'll definitely be staying here again.
