Positive: The decor was nice

Negative: Breakfast ( The Signature ) was cold, a very small portion for £15. Egg was overcooked like rubber, toast was tough, asked for it to be reheated and came back luke warm. Coffee was weak and watery despite asking for 2 extra shots in the latte. Room was either freezing cold or boiling hot, not a great nights sleep. Very load as its over the courtyard.

Negative: Breakfast was poor, arrived at 10.10am, breakfast is up until 10.30am. There was nothing left on the buffet, just one piece of Parma ham and cereals and juice. No pastries, no toast offered.

Positive: It was local to where we needed to be but was a lovely stay from beginning to end, check in was quick, car park very close , we had a drink in the bar after we came back from an evening out and there where plenty of seats and the bar staff were great, check out the next morning was also quick and efficient.

Negative: Shower tray was a little slippery , maybe a tray with a non slip surface would be safer, my husband is 6ft 2 so the shower head did touch the top of his head.
