Summary: It was ok. I don't think it really is what I think of as a "boutique hotel". This was a former B&B, so it's basically a nice B&B without breakfast. I will say it was nice having coffee downstairs in the morning, but either have some good pastries or don't put out at all. The very dry mini-muffins and little scones were not great. Luckily we got a good deal, and some of their other properties look worth checking out. Service was great though- they were very responsive to my texts. I think if I was paying weekend summer rates, I would have been disappointed. So overall, not bad - just not great.

Summary: Extremely icy driveway and walkway. Was dark and not lit the best. The shower head flew off the shower too. They had said they’d send maintenance for that and the walkways but didn’t. The place was absolutely beautiful. The room and bed were fantastic. I would still go again

Summary: Very unique and fun property, felt very at home and loved the quality of the area. Minutes away from everything without being in the hustle and business of everything. Room was so clean and inviting. Bubbler tub was fabulous and needed after a day of walking around. Will definitely be back again!

Summary: Really beautiful home. Was nice to just walk up and down the street and look at all the historic homes along with the view of the lake.

Summary: There was lack of transparency by Expedia on the room. We believed we were booking a room in the mansion but learned at check-in that was not the case. The room was located in the carriage house not the mansion. It was clean, unique and comfortably laid out. We slept very little the first night. The wall air unit wasn't working so the 2nd floor room was overly warm. There was a noise from the roof that continued through the night. Maintenance resolved both issues the next day.
