Positive: This was the perfect choice in Victoria Falls. The staff were incredibly helpful and booked loads of activities for us. We then had a long flight delay so they rearranged everything really kindly. The pool is great, particularly liked the heated swim up bar area. Food also delicious.
Negative: There was a minor issue with communicating on the booking platform initially, but sorted out by just emailing them directly, they were very responsive.
