Positive: مدينة ڤكتوريا فولز صغيرة. لديها سنتر صغير و فيه سوبر ماركت. موقع الفندق بعيد نوعا ما عن السنتر (20 دقيقة مشيا). لكن المنطقة التي فيها الفندق هادئة و جميلة. - أكل مطعم الفندق لذيذ. و لديهم قهوة مفلترة رائعة. - لديهم جلسة فوق برج، ولا أروع منها. تعطيك إطلالة على المدينة.. وحتى يمكنك رؤية رذاذ الشلال منها. و رؤية منظر الغروب من الأعلى خرافية. - طاقم الفندق متعاونون و ودوين ولم يتركوا أي جهد لخدمتنا.

Positive: We enjoyed great ‘Zimbabwe’ vibe from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with a welcoming drink and a caring Team who carefully explained the layout, before being escorted to our room by Anetti. Throughout our stay, Anetti attended to our housekeeping, keeping our room fresh and clean with the element of surprise each evening on return with her creative towel arrangements. Mellisha and Caroline in Reception used their contacts to help us book tours and activities, even chasing menus for inclusive tour meals. They connected us with Wild Africa Expeditions led by Stanley and his Team, Panel and Bambino. We were impressed by Wild Africa Expeditions' honesty and professionalism and continued to use their services during our stay. Through their networking, Wild Africa Expeditions coordinated (at short notice) a trip to Zambia to see the white rhinos. We enjoyed a relaxing ‘chill-out’ with a drink by the firepit in the evening. Special thanks to Raymond for keeping the fire stoked, even though we were the only ones there by the end of the night. Great location and the sunset view from the lookout tower were a bonus.

Positive: This is a beautiful property and the staff were very polite and attentive. The restaurant food was very good.

Negative: The property is out of the centre but a taxi was only about US$8 and it was very peaceful.

Positive: The place is very nice.We booked an executive double with a very comfy bed. The entire place looked like a very well maintained garden,with greenery all over. The were a lot of options for breakfast,even vegetarians or vegans. But above all, the staff is absolutely amazing at this place. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed.
